I look at your current website (if you have one) the way a customer would — on a phone, in a hurry — and at how your business shows up online.

Recommended direction & written scope
You get a plain-language recommendation and a written scope: what’s included, what it costs, how long it takes, and what I’ll need from you. Any third-party costs — like domains or hosting — are identified separately, so you always know what’s what.

Deposit & scheduling
A deposit books your project into the schedule. Nothing starts until the scope and costs are agreed — in writing.

Design & development
I plan, design, and build the site, checking in as sections come together so there are no surprises at the end.

Review rounds
Projects include a defined number of review rounds, agreed in the scope. You’ll have real pages to react to — additional requests beyond the scope are always possible and quoted separately, so the budget stays honest.

Final testing
Before launch, the site is tested across common phone, tablet, and desktop sizes — links, forms, speed, and accessibility basics included.

Launch
The site goes live on your domain. I make sure everything arrives intact — pages, search-engine basics, and analytics if you use them.
